Overview & Highlights

Welcome to La Nassa - Friselleria, a hidden gem nestled in the vibrant coastal town of Bisceglie, Italy. Located at

Via la Spiaggia, 8, 76011 Bisceglie BT
, this charming small plates restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey through traditional and gourmet flavors. As I stepped into this cozy setting, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

La Nassa specializes in friselle, a traditional peasant snack from the region, reimagined with a gourmet twist. It's the perfect spot for those who crave exquisite flavors without the commitment of a hefty meal. The reviews from satisfied patrons, including glowing commendations on the attentive service, give a clear indication of the restaurant's dedication to guest satisfaction.

One of the standout dishes is the seafood platter, which received rave reviews for its fresh ingredients and artistic presentation. The dining experience here is not just about food; it’s about feeling welcomed. Patrons have expressed gratitude for the friendly staff who ensure that every visit feels like returning to a beloved home.

The menu may be concise, but each dish is crafted with passion and attention to detail. A must-try is the octopus with focaccia and burrata, which has been described as the best octopus some have ever tasted. Coupled with a rustic riso-patate-cozze (rice, potatoes, and mussels), patrons feel that they are getting exceptional value for their money, with bills that surprise with their affordability compared to the gourmet quality on offer.

Moreover, La Nassa does not just serve food; it serves an experience. As you savor the delectable plates, you will find yourself immersed in the lively ambiance of the port area, where every bite is enhanced by the beauty of the surroundings. The conjunction of flavor, friendliness, and location makes La Nassa a must-visit.

If you're in Bisceglie and seeking a beautiful meal without the traditional trappings of a large restaurant, La Nassa - Friselleria is an invitation to indulge in Italy's culinary heritage, all while enjoying the warmth of a family-run establishment. I could not recommend it more—and I assure you, after one visit, you will want to return time and again.

AMAZING FOOD!! 5 star food and the price is so low its almost unbelievable! Absolutely brilliant!

Cute idea for a friselleria, a typical peasant snack from this land with a gourmet style. If you don't fancy a big meal but just a nibble this could be a nice alternative to the usual pizza place. Service attentive and kind.

Fantastyczne miejsce z pysznym jedzeniem. Byliśmy dwukrotnie i pewnie wrócimy. Pozdrowienia z Warszawy.
